Habocam Strat AB has initiated, assisted in transactions, requiring more than SEK 150 Mill. (US$ 15.0 Mill.) in working capital annually, albeit more often than not the real values exist in people, customers, machinery, talent and experience.

Good ideas mostly find the capital/financing they require and since our modus operandi clearly focus on existing business with another angle, we rarely assist with ordinary financing.

Looking for risk/partner-capital through equity participation might involve management and board assistance with a clear common objective. For defined time horisons, in foreign ventures, it could prove a very viable alternative.

By the end of the day though, successful financing will not replace successful business.
